As general contractor, we designed and completed a renovation of a ranch-style home in order to make it handicap-accessible for a retired couple—both former
schoolteachers, who moved back to Ithaca to be with their family in their senior years. The scope of work included regrading, a complete revamp of the electrical,
plumbing, and heating systems, structural work, insulation, drywall and painting, hardwood floor refinishing, new tile, and a complete kitchen and bath renovation.
