Waiver Form This is a 2 page form that all volunteers must fill out before working on a project with CBW! It provides us with contact and emergency contact information and the waiver must be signed.
Volunteer Skills Assessment We ask that volunteers fill out this form before working on a project, it helps us to properly evaluate your skill and comfort level - so that you can have the best volunteering experience possible. Over time, we hope that your skill assessment will improve as you gain construction experience.
