106 Westfield Drive
The Westfield drive house was our very first project. Acting as General Contractor, we did a complete gut/rehab of the house which was in disrepair (it had been vacant for many
years before being acquired by INHS). Working for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Service (INHS) we took the second floor completely off, gutted
it to the skeleton, reconfigured the first floor, and built an 1800 square foot 3-bedroom 2 bathroom NYSTAR-certified home, which was sold to an eligible first-time homebuyer by INHS.
The money earned on this project will help us fund future projects.
